Sex primarily deals with the union of all senses in higher organisms but the most developed form of it is visible in human beings. Sex can be also be defined as a form of energy that brings to our body, to our mind, to our spirits and to us a feeling of oneness, joy, satisfaction and intimacy. This energy is very powerful. We need to explore its beauty, its power and its strength in rejuvenating our spirits. Neglecting the sex energy deprives the person of freedom, joy and closeness to his/her fellow beings.

People, especially children, tend to develop false notions related to sex primarily because their parents don’t teach about sex to their children. And what would they even teach to their children when they themselves are not fully educated on this crucial topic because they were also not taught. They simply tell them that it is not a topic to be discussed or this is a dirty thing and what not! This is one of the greatest reasons that contribute to the negligence of the spiritual aspect of sex.
Sex is one form of meditation that provides peace and for some, it’s the only way to meditate. The sexual power is very potent and its proper channelling is essential to enjoy its benefits. It is that less explored energy by the majority of the individuals who focuses their goals only on money, success, fame etc. They fail to realise the importance of this powerful source of energy.
Some of the beneficial results of this sacred energy and its spiritual aspects are:
